NCL Carving | Over 9,000ft of Foam carving was done. Each unit was assembled with milled foam from the in-house CNC department. From there, each unit was individually rendered to match the design with distressing & aging. The foam carving had to be exaggerated to compensated for rim coating. I oversaw the entire foam carving process working with a rotating team of scenics on the project. Carving lasted from April to August 2019.

NCL Sea Life | Hand sculpted & carved 24 custom sea life pieces based on designer research. Created mother molds from sculptures made out of foam, coated with monster clay. Molds were made with GI 1000 Silicone, and casted out of Smooth Cast 300 Liquid Plastic. Each object was attached with #307 sculpting epoxy.
